pure bliss

tea, knitting & sunshine

Hi. A while back, I gave up knitting. I was frustrated and found that it wasn't as relaxing as I wanted it to be. Each night, I stared at my end table with the unfinished sock on it, and sighed because I just couldn't bring myself to knit. Before this, I was an avid knitter (I even knit at concerts) and couldn't imagine my life without it. The night before I found your blog, I had made up my mind to take my entire stash to the Salvation Army. The next day, I discovered this post, sighed, and thought, "That does look perfect"...your yarn, tea, sunshine. *sigh* I went home and picked up the unfinished sock. I made myself a cup of tea and sat on my deck. I felt totally relaxed and "at home". From your picture and little post, I was encouraged to go back to one of my passions that I thought had disappeared. Thank you *so* much!

Hi again! Unfortunately, my blog has not been updated in quite a while. :( I'm a sorry blogger with a broken camera. *sniff*

This is a beautiful photo - and I agree that knitting with gorgeous yarn is pure bliss.
